DLP

Digital Light Processing works with a digital light source and light-sensitive resin.

This allows us to 3D print detailed parts relatively quickly in a quality comparable to injection molding. Depending on the choice of material, wear resistance is high. The 3D printed parts are characterized by isotropic mechanical properties with a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.5%. Minimum wall thickness is 0.5 mm for a supported wall. Maximum dimensions of workpieces are 384 x 216 x 320 mm.

Only quality materials from Loctite (Henkel) are used. Digital Light Processing (DLP) offers a wide range of material options. These materials have the properties of traditional plastics.
