Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber

Of all the FDM materials, Nylon 12CF has the highest specific modulus, and given the unique directional orientation of the material's carbon fibers, it contains anisotropic properties that allow it to be used in a similar manner to a composite laminate. This ultimately gives parts produced with this FDM material a higher uniaxial stiffness compared to injection-molded parts.
